Andrew and Craig were terrific to deal with. I called them because my 19 year old Rudd furnace would not fire. Andrew came out within 2 hours and spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting the problem, worn out blower motor. Repair or replace, and he walked me thru it. Together we choose to upgrade to a variable speed face option. They installed it on Friday, and I was very comfortable all weekend !!
